Week 4, Poem #5

Light

Life goes up and down.

But in His grace we drown.

We're imperfect and full of sin,

but there was a huge win

When Jesus saved us all.

We no longer need to fall.

Darkness has taken flight,

And now there's only light.

**There is a program called The War College in my church, and a student in this program dedicates a year to growing in the Lord and being stretched. We had a graduation for the student tonight, and she gave her testimony. I was blessed by hearing what God has done in her life! He's delivered her from addiction and helped her to find her true identity, which is in Christ. Praise God! Jesus died for us so that we could have life and live in the light. There's no need for us to live in darkness and sin. He's already won against evil!
