January 27, 2011- Headed over to Eisenhower at 2:30PM. It was snowing a lot and the track was covered in snow. Almost decided not to go running, but I did. Stretched and ran 3/4 of a mile plus to the light post. Goal for today was to run further than 3/4 of a mile. Yay! I did it! Today did seem a lot harder. Not sure if it was because of the snow. I did notice my recovery time was a lot quicker. Also, today I don't feel as sore!! Praise God! "I can do this, I can do this, I can do this, I can do this..."
